  • The Board of Directors selects and appoints the CEO

Public Records

We make key organizational documents available to the public in accordance with federal nonprofit transparency requirements.

  • IRS Determination Letter — Confirms our tax‑exempt status under section 501(c)(3) as Outdoor Edventures, Inc.
  • Form 990 Filings — Our first filing will be available after the close of our initial fiscal year.
